Stress Reduction Workshop: Evidence and Introductory Practice

4 pm to 6 pm, April 21, 2015

This program will provide faculty with a comprehensive overview of the empirical evidence for the benefits of Mindfulness Stress Reduction on health and well-being and experiences in fostering mindfulness. Participants will have the opportunity to understand foundational principles of mindfulness and how it builds the capacity for greater self-acceptance, regulation of emotions, and moment to moment awareness in daily life.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

4 pm, October 01, 2014

This is an 8-week course that runs October 1 through November 19, meeting on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m.

Given that faculty experience significant challenges in balancing their professional and personal lives, we are offering a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

This course will provide systematic training in mindfulness meditation as a way to reduce stress and develop greater balance and joy in relationships and life.

We Need More Time! Effective Time Management

8 am to 4 pm, January 20, 2016
