Introduction to Coaching

4 pm, March 28, 2024

This program provides an introduction to coaching as an every day leader. It will introduce skills and qualities to being an effective coach and provide cases of when to implement these coaching skills in a productive way.

  • Identify foundational skills for effective every day coaching
  • Utilize coaching tools and frameworks to inform developmental coaching practices and practices for coaching in response to harm in the workplace
