Mid-Career Faculty Symposium

Career development is often focused on junior faculty. However, the literature shows that mid-career faculty are least satisfied and at the highest risk for leaving their institutions. The mid-career phase is also a time when faculty are most productive in their careers. This symposium is a day dedicated to the development of mid-career faculty. The goal of this annual symposium is to leverage the knowledge and wisdom of our senior faculty and to help mid-career faculty reflect upon and engage in best practices to reach mastery level in their fields.
