Change and Transition Leadership

In successful organizations, people continuously adapt to change. Our health system is fortunate to have thousands of talented people at all levels who are prepared to lead and thrive through change. At the same time, change efforts are often ambiguous, uncertain and complicated – and they challenge us to transform quickly, continuously, and with powerful results. The Office of Faculty Development and Michigan Medicine Human Resources is committed to providing you with the tools, techniques and resources to lead and manage through change successfully. Below are links to resources ready to use. We will be sharing more tools in the coming weeks.
