3rd Annual (Virtual) Medical Education Symposium

Physician discusses patient bedside with a medical student

The Symposium is an event for faculty to focus on techniques and strategies that can improve student and trainee engagement as well as their effectiveness as teachers.

This year’s Symposium will focus on the current state of medical education. Our speakers will discuss the unique challenges we are seeing in 2021, the importance of inclusive teaching and critical race theory, and creating positive educational programs for medical students and trainees through community engagement and outreach.
