Care for Caregivers
As physicians, we extend great energy and effort as we care for others. To be healthy and successful, we need practices and habits to renew ourselves. Come enjoy a renewing oasis. Experience techniques and strategies you can use every day to help bring more ease and care to your life. These will include gentle active (movement and breath) and reflective practices for the body, mind, and heart. Give yourself permission to receive the gift of self-care. Come and take care, so you can give care.
1. Practice multiple body and mind techniques to bring ease, relaxation, and calm.
2. Pick at least one technique, and a specific time and place, to bring more care and gentleness to your life.
Join us for this highly experiential 2-hour workshop! Due to the interactive nature of this session, the maximum capacity will be 24 participants.
