Enhancing Communication Skills: Delivering Serious News

Facilitated by VitalTalk trained faculty, this session will provide the participant with discrete skills that will enhance their ability to navigate difficult conversations with patients and families.  Through intentional goal setting, an interactive small group setting, and a family meeting simulation, participants will practice their communication skills.
