The Golden Years: How to mentally prepare for (and enjoy!) retirement

No matter your age, planning for your retirement is important at every stage of your career. Whether you are near retirement, considering it in the future, or are simply curious about what retirement could look like for you as a faculty member, please join us for “The Golden Years” series to learn more.

Kicking off the series, Dr. Michelle Riba will lead a panel and discussion of the psychosocial aspects of retirement. They will review the different phases of retirement and the important psychological dimensions at each phase, including unanticipated events that come up that impact our psyche and important things to consider.
