This workshop will focus on the benefits of optimism, and strategies for increasing resilience and optimism in our lives.
Optimism is one of the most important and well-studied protective factors in resilience. Deliberately cultivating an optimistic mindset can help individuals navigate stressors they encounter and increase overall well-being.
- Participants will learn the benefits of optimism in important domains of life, including relationships, health, and performance.
- Participants will learn six optimism strategies to increase resilience and build an optimistic mindset when it is beneficial.
