Small-Group Discussion on Coping with COVID-19: Stress Management and Self-Reflection

In partnership with Natalie Burns, LMSW, MA, we are offering virtual small group discussion sessions for faculty to talk with one another about a variety of topics. This small group discussion will provide an opportunity for self-reflection on how you are doing.

Discussion questions for this session include:

  • What worries you?
  • How are you feeling and what are you experiencing now?
  • How are you processing all of this?
  • We will share coping strategies that are working and ways to be resilient during the COVID-19 crisis.

To allow for a robust and candid discussion, each session will have a maximum of 10 participants.

The conversation will be facilitated by Natalie Burns, LMSW, MA, Senior Clinical Social Worker in the Department of Psychiatry and Department of Social Work.
