This workshop, facilitated by the Office for Health Equity & Inclusion, is open to faculty (and staff, if applicable) involved in faculty hiring and search committees. It replaces Faculty Development's previous STRIDE workshops. Faculty may also still attend STRIDE training offered through the ADVANCE Program each Fall.

Discover a model to navigate personal and organizational change while building agility and resilience in yourself and others. Use our R.E.A.D.Y. framework to identify strategies to overcome resistance, uncertainty, and apprehension while encouraging adoption of change.
This program is highly interactive and includes small group breakout sessions.
Emotional Intelligence for Physicians
Join us for this highly interactive 2.5-hour workshop! We will explore the 4 components of emotional intelligence EQ and practice specific strategies to increase them. Take away new strategies and techniques to increase your self-awareness, self-management, and relationships.
Participants will be asked to complete an online EQ assessment prior to the workshop (15-20 min. needed to complete).
This is an interactive workshop that will include small group breakouts.
