This program provides an introduction to coaching as an every day leader. It will introduce skills and qualities to being an effective coach and provide cases of when to implement these coaching skills in a productive way.
Many clinicians are interested in doing research, but not necessarily as their primary career aspiration. It is often difficult for faculty on the Clinical Track to get dedicated time for research, especially in the absence of grants, which are becoming increasingly harder to get.

This session introduces author identifiers and online scholarly profiles.
Beyond just having an online presence via profiles, researchers can engage online in different ways. In this session, we’ll discuss different ways that researchers can share about their work or areas of expertise online, and cover best practices for engaging on social media.
