The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a stand-alone tool that provides an individual with a rich understanding of how his or her behaviors affect the team.  It applies the principles of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team to unlock actionable ways to optimize an individual’s contribution to a team.  The workshop is based on Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team model which focuses on Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

As a participant, you’ll receive:

  • A 23-page highly personalized report (you’ll take an online self-assessment prior to the workshop)
  • Behavior-specific feedback
  • Tips and strategies for improving teamwork effectiveness
  • An opportunity to build an action plan
  • A chance to connect with and get to know other members of Michigan Medicine

What’s the Cost?

There is no monetary cost to you or your department. This beta test opportunity is being offered at no cost in exchange for your candid feedback about the assessment and the workshop:  You’ll receive a feedback survey right after the workshop.  Your registration for the program is based on your agreement to complete that survey within 48 hours of receiving it.

While there’s no guarantee this workshop will be available after beta testing, we think there’s a pretty good chance it will be. Your support in helping the publisher create the best user-experience around this content and helping us at Michigan Medicine identify resources for our staff and faculty would be much appreciated. The workshop will be facilitated by an experienced facilitator (Pam Wyess) who has worked on campus and within Michigan Medicine for many years.

Within a few days of registration, you will receive an email from an automated system that has a link to your personal assessment.  The assessment should take about 15 minutes to complete; your results will be returned to you in the workshop.

If you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to attend this workshop, or have questions about accessibility, please contact Jordan Wright or 734-764-2574. Please also let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Advance notice is necessary as some accommodations may require more time for the University to arrange so letting us know at least 2 weeks in advance is much appreciated.
