Facilitated by VitalTalk trained faculty, this session will provide the participant with discrete, actionable skills that will enhance their ability to navigate high-stakes conversations with patients and families. Learners will practice these communication skills through intentional goal setting, an interactive small-group setting, and real-time, facilitated conversations with patient actors.
