Taking care of your loved ones is challenging at the best of times. Pair this with trying to manage a high-intensity career at the same time, and you’ve got a recipe for burnout. Sometimes, we all need to know that we aren’t alone on this unpredictable journey.
   
This Michigan Medicine faculty panel and discussion will feature individuals’ challenges, opportunities, best practices, and life hacks along the caregiving journey, from navigating the many demands of juggling professional life with children to the erratic nature of caring for aging relatives.
