Reducing Stress & Burnout: 5 Evidence-Based Practices You Can Use

This 1-hour online workshop will present 5 evidence-based strategies you can use to reduce stress and help prevent burnout. These include gratitude practices, mindfulness practices, cultivating awe, sharing good humor, & physical exercise. You will learn practical tips & strategies for adding positive emotions to everyday life for greater well-being.

This program is highly interactive and includes small group breakout sessions.

  • Understand the “negativity bias” and how cultivating positive emotions aids your well-being
  • Learn one or more specific practices you can start using today for greater wellness
  • Connect with others who are interested in increasing their personal well-being
